Lamont’s Marinade

This Worchestshire-sauce based marinade infuses flavor from the skin to the bone.   Marinate raw meat before cooking.  Times vary depending on the pre-cooked weight of the meat and personal preference.

This is the first step in LaMont’s two part system.  After removing the cooked meat from heat, ladle on Lamont’s BBQ Sauce.
